French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry

The French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FACCI) was founded in 1899. At the time, Australia’s trade relations with France were almost solely dependent on the export of wool. More than a century later, this relationship now includes a host of many other industries.

The French-Australian Chamber is an independent not-for-profit organisation governed by 15 Board of Directors and comprising of more than 500 members. Our head office is based in Sydney and we also have four other Chapters and offices in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide.

The Chamber is affiliated with CCI France International, a worldwide network of 120 French Chambers operating in 95 countries.

The Chamber's main mission is to promote our members and help French and Australian companies succeed through information, networking and business support services.

We were delighted to have you for one of our most anticipated events of the year, the Winning Formula Bastille Day Champagne Breakfast on Tuesday 12th of July 2022. This year the event took place at Café Sydney which overlooks the Harbour Bridge as the sun rises.

Our guests were able to network in style on Café Sydney's breath-taking terrace, and then listen to an amazing performance of the French and Australian national anthems by opera singer Mikayla Tate.

Afterwards, a delicious gourmet breakfast and glasses of Champagne were served. Once the breakfast was over, our guests took part in a Trivia Quiz with questions about French-Australian relations and our major sponsors. Wonderful prizes were won during this activity, including Franck Provost and Four Frogs vouchers, Pierre Fabre hampers and many more.

The five lucky winners of our exclusive raffle were then announced. The prizes included a wonderful Magimix Food Processor, a Luxury Hair Experience for 2 in Franck Provost's hair salons & 2 Hair Products, a Cast Iron Casserole with a Set of 4 Mini Ramekins by Le Creuset, a Luxury Hamper by Pierre Fabre and a brand-new Rollerball Pen by S.T. Dupont.
