The French-Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry​ SA Chapter was delighted to invite you to our last Executive Women Series with LK of the year on Demystifying Australia's Defence Industry and Defence Careers on Thursday, 7 November at EOS by SkyCity​.

Australia's role in regional security and the country's defence capability is a priority for both the Federal and South Australian governments. South Australia is one of the country's foremost manufacturing hubs for the defence industry, which is a key source of jobs for the state, both at the time and into the future. These opportunities extend far beyond submarine construction and include related technologies, space, construction, project management, and a variety of human services.

For our last Executive Women Series with LK of 2024, our panel of Defence professionals provided their insights on the Defence industry and unpacked the wide business and career opportunities presented by developments in this sector, as well as the skills required to maximise these opportunities.
