This event aimed to deliver insights on how the future of retail is being shaped by technological innovation. Throughout our panel discussion, we had the opportunity to discuss how businesses are leveraging data and analytics to deliver a customised shopping experience that caters to individual customer preferences and needs.

Our speakers included experts from industry leaders, global retailers, and legal experts, who shared their insights and experience on the impact of new technologies in the modern customer experience.
