For its first-ever Team Building, the FACCI Team learned the fundamental science behind climate change in a fun and interactive way with La Fresque du Climat.
The workshop is based on a 42-cards game, each card representing an element of the climate system.
Guided by our facilitator Laure Legros, and split into two groups, we used the cards to create the "Fresk" and to identify the cause-effect relationship between the different mechanisms and forces at play. The 'Fresk' provides keys to understanding the big picture of climate change and its complexity.
After building the Fresk, we engaged in a productive discussion on solutions and actions. The team left empowered to act now.
