The French-Australian Chamber of Commerce NSW Chapter was delighted to invite you to its first event of the year on gender equality.
While each nation has a unique set of measures in place to advance progress, France and Australia share a common goal of promoting gender equality. At the French-Australian Chamber of Commerce, we naturally support this vision and we recognise the value of female role models in accelerating change.
Our panellists included:
• Andrew Tran, Director - Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing - PwC
• Angela Weber, Senior Associate - King & Wood Mallesons
• Janie Wittey, Senior Country Manager & CEO - Natixis CIB Australia
For this special event, Alison Woolsey, Director - Diversity and Inclusion at Clayton Utz, led an in-depth, moderated panel discussion on the following topics:
• Emerging stakeholder expectations on gender equality
• France's new Rixain Law and why it would be good for Australia too.
• Respectful and safe workplaces - the new landscape
We would like to thank the Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong who kindly hosted this event and to thank our sponsor Natixis!
