Interactifs is a training and coaching company which specialises in the development of ‘social intelligence’. We have created an innovative and proprietary approach which we call the Interactifs Discipline©. The approach combines a unique perspective on the components of successful interpersonal relationships, an effective training methodology (a mix of training and coaching) and principles which transcend cultural barriers. We liberate people from having to make the familiar choice between either being clear, direct and straight-to-the-point but with the risk of coming over as curt, abrupt, or even brutal; or of being polite, courteous, and respectful but with the risk of beating around the bush and lacking impact and focus. Our original approach equips people in organisations of all sizes and at all levels (from the board down) with a simple set of verbal behaviours and reflexes which enable them, in all their interactions, to produce results more often and more efficiently, whilst at the same time building trust and esteem in their professional relationships. We believe that lack of effectiveness in professional relationships is a hidden cost that’s rarely measured, yet it’s one of the most easily accessible forms of profit that exists.
