Join our 2025 Bastille Day Business Breakfast: A Breakfast in Montmartre on Friday 18 July from 7.00am at Sofitel Brisbane Central, to celebrate France's National Day in a true French style.
This year, our gourmet "Breakfast in Montmartre" will transport you to the heart of Paris, offering a refined culinary experience in an elegant and festive atmosphere.
We are delighted to welcome Chef Clรฉment Chauvet as our special guest. Recently arrived in Brisbane from Canberra to take over the iconic Montrachet restaurant, Clรฉment will share his inspiring journey as a French hospitality entrepreneur and his experience building a culinary business in Queensland.
For this special occasion, Chef Chauvet will also join forces with the Sofitel's Executive Chef to craft a unique signature breakfast menu, an exquisite plated experience blending French finesse with local inspiration, perfectly paired with bubbles courtesy of our member Wearing Memories Wine Merchants, exclusive importer and distributor of luxury beverages.
This event is also a fantastic opportunity to network with key decision-makers, industry leaders, and fellow members ahead of our European End-of-Year Celebration, set to take place later in the year.
