The French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Queenslandโ, sponsored by HDF Energy and OP2, was pleased to welcome you to its Resources & Sustainability Series event dedicated to Hydrogen which took place on Tuesday 7 May at the premises of our Corporate member Norton Rose Fulbright.
This event brought together David Clement VP Oceania from HDF Energyโ; Mike Kilcullen Senior Manager - Engineering Readiness from Fortescueโ; Kam Ho Managing Director APAC from Total H2โ and Fanny Mattens Head of Strategic Development and Sustainability from Airbusโ, to discuss the role of Hydrogen and Sustainable Aviation Fuel in reducing scope 3 emissions.
Facilitated by Rocky Lee Senior Project Manager from OP2โ, our panellists presented their projects demonstrating the benefits of green hydrogen and SAF to ensure 24/7 dispatchable and stable green energy supply. Nevertheless, there are still challenges to overcome in terms of transport and storage. The government incentives will be key to develop those solutions as well as the evolution in technology to lower cost.
Once again, we express our sincere gratitude to our valued panellists, and to all our guests for making this event a great success.
Last but not least, thanks to the generous support of our host Norton Rose Fulbright and our sponsors HDF Energyโ and OP2.
