Since joining the industry in 2004, Michael has supported a broad range of multi billion-dollar Railway, Infrastructure, Construction and Transportation projects across Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America.

In Australia, Michael has led the project and progress control
for the Queensland New Generation Rolling stock (NGR) Project, starting from its early days to the successful delivery and entry into service of the first trains in South East Queensland. He has since then supported other major contracts such as Melbourne Metro Tunnels, Stations & Signalling, Sydney Metro City & South West, Sydney WestConnex and the Australian Future Submarine Defence Program, by sharing his expertise to support a successful project delivery.

Arrived in Australia in 2022,
Isabelle is initially from France (Angers). She decided to leave her native country to get closer to her dream land: Australia and settled in NC in 2002. She stayed there for 20 years as a French and English teacher. She met her husband on that French island and build her family there. Raising a kid on an island was, at that time, a paradise ! But still the dream to live in Australia was here and it was a shared one with her husband. So in 2015 they decided to start the process of immigration. But the journey was not as easy as expected…
In 2016 when on holidays in Japan, they discovered these bobble head figurines (so famous there) and realized it was a French company. The idea was kept in mind for maybe future plans…
When finally arrived in Australia in 2022 after 7 years of migration process…and after settling in 2023, Isabelle decided to create YourFace using this wonderful French 3D scanning concept.
But she needed someone to share this new adventure!
She had met Laure few months before and, as an evidence, she realized she was the right and complementary person to create that fantastic pair for YourFace !!

Laure is an active dynamic women loving challenges.
After the biggest challenge of being a mum of three children, she jumped on an other big one: leaving her home country France to start a new adventure on the other side of the world.
In Australia for nearly 10 years now, her background in France was working in the food quality as laborantine, but she took a big turn up and spent few years running her gardening business in Perth.
She moved on the Sunny Coast 5 years ago and fell in love with the region. The whole family decided to settle in Noosa where they live since then.
Working as a support worker, she also runs a roofing business with her husband and brilliantly manage all her family to keep them happy and healthy.
She met the beautiful Isabelle few months ago and when Isabelle talked about the new project of the 3D Scanned Figurines, she again jumped on this amazing idea and both decided to start this new adventure of YourFace, taking on another challenge which will be probably the most exciting one of her life.
