The French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FACCI) was founded in 1899. At the time, Australia’s trade relations with France were almost solely dependent on the export of wool. More than a century later, this relationship now includes a host of many other industries.

The French-Australian Chamber is an independent not-for-profit organisation governed by 14 Board of Directors and comprising of more than 450 members. Our head office is based in Sydney and we also have four other Chapters and offices in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide.

The Chamber is affiliated with CCI France International, a worldwide network of 126 French Chambers operating in 96 countries.

The Chamber's main mission is to promote our members and help French and Australian companies succeed through information, networking and business support services.

Event Details

The French Australian Chamber of Commerce SA Chapter is delighted to host its inaugural 2023 Keolis Downer Black & White Cocktail Party on Thursday 27 April 2023 at the Gilbert Suite – Adelaide Convention Centre, from 6pm.

Proudly brought by our Naming Rights Sponsor Keolis Downer, Silver Sponson Leaver and Son and Bronze Sponsor GuestPix, the Black & White Cocktail Party will be the highlight of the Chamber's social calendar in Adelaide, and we are pleased to bring this fantastic event for the first time.

We look forward to bringing our members and friends together for a chic & elegant evening including a silent auction, raffles, music performance by composer and pianist Mark Simeon Fergusson, and other entertainment. Please, note this is a standing Cocktail Party.

We are pleased to announce Jon Whelan, Chief Executive, Department for Infrastructure and Transport, and the newly appointed Keolis Downer CEO, Julien Dehornoy will attend the event as well as the Hon. Jayne Stinson MP who will grace us with her presence on the Premier's behalf.
