Tania is an applied economist and a manager at BDO. She is currently doing economic analysis in health care, labour market, migration, infrastructure travel and tourism, etc. Prior to joining BDO, Tania worked as an Economist at the University of Adelaide and as a Regulatory Analyst at the Essential Services Commission of South Australia. Tania is experienced in macroeconomic issues, health and wellbeing, labour market issues, economic evaluation using impact assessment and cost-benefit analysis, public policy and regional development. Tania enjoys networking opportunities and connecting people. She looks forward to commenting on topical issues in the media. She volunteers as a member of the Women in Economics Network (South Australia) and as a producer on Radio Adelaide, promoting community engagement.

He is a purpose-driven economist who strives to help his clients achieve social benefit, leveraging the breadth and depth of expertise at BDO to deliver practical solutions.
Anders is highly curious and has a passion for the natural world, focussing much of his career on the economic opportunities of Australia’s oceans, forests and regional landscapes. He is equally concerned with communities and followed his Bachelor of Economics with a Master of Health to better understand the social links between economic events and wellbeing.
He works with an ever-expanding range of sectors, specialising in fisheries and aquaculture, agriculture, forestry, infrastructure and healthcare assignments for both government and private clients.
Chris is Keolis Downer Adelaide’s Engineering & Projects Director. He is a highly experienced leader in the customer-focused transport business, overseeing capital-intensive operations and infrastructure.
Over the course of the last 9 years, Chris has held various executive roles within the Keolis group, bringing with him strong credentials in strategy development, customer service innovation and collaborative working. Starting as Rolling Stock Director for Yarra Trams, Chris led the team to a successful contract extension before heading to the UK where he took on the role of Director of Engineering for Keolis Amey Metrolink. He also led Metrolink through the challenges of Covid 19 as interim Director of Finance and Commercial.
Prior to his time with the Keolis Group, Chris spent 13 years working in the aviation industry for Qantas and Ansett, and spent time as a consultant providing specialist advice to airline and energy industries.
Chris’s interests outside of work very much centre around his family – his wife Nicola and their two daughters Annika and Freya. He enjoys being outdoors as much as he can either cycling, playing golf or hiking. He enjoys food, wine and cheering on his football teams, the Richmond Tigers & Manchester United.

He has extensive experience in net zero emission technologies, including battery-electric and hydrogen solutions. Recently, he led the net zero emissions feasibility and technology study for the Government of South Australia’s Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT), identifying the most suitable traction power technologies for the Adelaide Metro rail network. Jorge also led the Strategic Business Case for this project.
Jorge’s expertise spans energy transition projects, and he is actively involved as Board Member of the South Australian Hydrogen Cluster (SA-H2HTM) and as a Sustainability Committee member of the Australasian Railway Association (ARA).
