Event Details

As the world shifts towards cleaner energy solutions, Hydrogen is emerging as a versatile and essential component of the energy mix.

Join the French-Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FACCI) during the Future Energy Week for an engaging panel discussion celebrating South Australia's global leadership in sustainable energy and hydrogen technologies. This is an hybrid event so you can connect from your chosen place.

To recognise the state's prominent role on the international stage, we will bring researchers, industry innovators, and policymakers to discuss how to capitalise on South Australia's competitive Advantage and opportunities and address current and future challenges. Moderated by Joanna Kay, Executive General Manager of the Smart Energy Council, our panel will feature the Hon Mike Rann AC CNZM, Former Premier of South Australia (2002 - 2011) and Australia's First Climate Change Minister.

Key topics will include:

  • The benefits Hydrogen brings within the industry mix and current use cases
  • Existing Policy frameworks and investment strategies to support hydrogen adoption: How to attract and unlock further investment opportunities
  • What needs to be achieved between industries, governments and academia to drive Hydrogen adoption
  • Australia's leadership in innovation and technology that will bring greater efficiencies to the global Hydrogen sector

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with our panellists, ask questions and share insights.

Don't miss this chance to be part of the conversation on building a sustainable energy future.

This function will take place within the premises of Flinders University CBD Campus on the 26th of November from 1pm to 4pm. Light food and beverage will be servedduring the networking session following presentations and panel.
