    https://psilawyers.com.au/

Michelle is the founder and Principal Lawyer at Petty Sampson Immigration Lawyers Pty Ltd, an Adelaide based law firm which specialises in immigration law. She assists applicants to successfully apply for a visa to visit, work or live permanently in Australia.

Michelle has 22 years’ experience working in this space and has seen immigration legislation and policy become increasingly complex and political. Unfortunately, too many people are denied or hindered the opportunity to enjoy and contribute to this wonderful country because of the lack of proper advice. This can result in not only a loss of eligibility for a visa but the potential need for the applicant to leave Australia. Significant amounts of money are also wasted.

Michelle’s specialist area is helping businesses who want to sponsor skilled foreigners to come to Australia. Her focus is on making the process smooth and efficient and building a good rapport with the business so they can have implicit trust in her.
