Friday was our third C-suite Luncheon and our last event for 2022 in collaboration with Global Victoria​ delivered as part of the Global Victoria Trade Alliance at Ashurst​. 

The format was a bit more intimate this time as 26 guests were invited to discuss the following topic:

What strategic changes do Australian Businesses need to make to radically transform diversity at senior levels of the organisation and become a global exemplar? 

The discussion was remarkably interesting as we shared knowledge, challenged the norms, and developed ground-breaking ideas in response to the following issues: 

• What new models of work could enhance inclusion and fast-track global growth? 
• How can pay transparency in Australia be accelerated? 
• Is positive discrimination an effective strategy for change?
• Does cultural change in the organisation lead or lag society? 

For this purpose, we would like to thank a lot the Global Victoria​ team for being crucial support!
