This Tchin Tchin was an opportunity to celebrate our Sustainability Forum, proudly sponsored by our Naming Rights Sponsor Schneider Electric. This forum, in a hybrid format of both physical and virtual events, was dedicated to transforming our intentions into outcomes, and took place from the 17th to the 27th of October.

    Dominique Giraud is the Head of Strategy of Omexom Australia, within VINCI Energies.
    Since 2018, he develops the business of renewables, battery storage and synchronous condensers in Australia. Dominique is part of VINCI group since 11 years, and now coordinates support functions in APAC. Before settling in Melbourne, he was in charge of Renewable International Business Development within VINCI Energies, mainly in Europe and Africa. Dominique is a Chartered Engineer who has worked in the energy sector since 1997. He was Project Director within Econoler (Hydro Québec) in Canada, then Energy Manager within Egis Group. In the framework of all projects implemented, Dominique has worked in more than 60 countries, including New Zealand, Indonesia, Samoa, Fiji and Tonga.

    Jenana holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a certified Agile Scrum Product Owner and Agile Scrum Master, a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and holds a certificate in Design Thinking for Business Innovation. In her spare time, and giving back to the community, she serves as a Non-Executive Director for two not-for-profit enterprises.

    Lisa Zembrodt joined Schneider Electric in the US in 2006 and relocated to Australia in 2014. Over her nearly two decades in the energy industry, Lisa has forecast global energy markets and designed and implemented holistic energy strategies for organisations around the world. Lisa has supported organisations through transformations of their approach to energy and sustainability issues, helping to pioneer new approaches in the Australian market.

    She advises some of Australia’s largest energy users and is a Certified Energy Risk Professional, holds an MBA, Bachelor degree in International Economics with a minor in International Studies, and a Sustainability and Climate Risk Certificate from the Global Association of Risk Professions. She sits on the board of United Nations Association of Australia Victoria Chapter and is Treasurer & Non-Executive Director of the Energy Users Association of Australia.
