The French-Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry​ was delighted to present its Women in Leadership event - Overcoming Challenges and Thriving – in partnership with ENGIE ​and Monash University.​

This event took place Thursday 30 November 2023, from 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm, at Colin Biggers & Paisley​, Level 23, 181 William Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.​

In this engaging session, we dived into the challenges faced by women in leadership roles with an exclusive interview conducted by Emilie Perrot from We Inclusive​ and representatives from ENGIE and Colin Biggers & Paisley.

Following the interview, we were excited to present a transformative masterclass facilitated by Carly Moulang, Associate Professor at Monash Business School.

Carly drew from the latest science of belief and habit formation to help you uncover how your beliefs and paradigms may be limiting your potential to thrive. Gain valuable insights and practical tools to immediately transform these limiting beliefs into empowering ones that enhance your well-being and propel you to new heights of performance.

This event was a great opportunity to be part of an empowering and insightful discussion that delved into the journey of women in leadership, where we have explored the hurdles, they face and the paths to success.
