Thank you for attending the event.
The FACCI WA Chapter was delighted to host one of our most anticipated events of the year, the Bastille Day Business Breakfast on the 14th of July at the Rendezvous Hotel in Scarborough.
Our guests enjoyed a gourmet & festive breakfast with stunning ocean views and engage with great networking connections.
On this occasion, FACCI WA was pleased to welcome Nora Saaid, Manager, Member Engagement, and Ray Loh, Manager, Industry Capability Network at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA (CCIWA).
In her speech, Nora shared with our guests the CCIWA's vision for WA and the common goals between our two chambers. CCIWA, just like FACCI WA is an independent, member-based, not-for-profit organisation advocating for and supporting businesses to grow and thrive in Western Australia. She further highlighted the importance of the FACCI's core missions to work with various French and Australian organisations to promote economic and industrial bilateral relationships and support the French-Australian business community. Nora pointed out the CCIWA's current work with French companies to develop major WA projects across multiple sectors, namely Alstom on the Metronet railcar project, Engie with Yara Yuri project, and Technip Energies with multiple resource and energy transition projects just to name a few.
We would also like to thank Di Inglese, President of Alliance Francaise de Perth for her presence, and Frederic Flipo, The Honorary Consul - Perth for his opening speech.
Our members were entertained by Mr Accordion Man, one of Perth's most sought-after solo accordionists.
Vive l'Australie, Vive la France !
