French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry

The French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FACCI) was founded in 1899. At the time, Australia’s trade relations with France were almost solely dependent on the export of wool. More than a century later, this relationship now includes a host of many other industries.

The French-Australian Chamber is an independent not-for-profit organisation governed by 15 Board of Directors and comprising of more than 470 members. Our head office is based in Sydney and we also have four other Chapters and offices in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide.

The Chamber is affiliated with CCI France International, a worldwide network of 119 French Chambers operating in 94 countries.

The Chamber's main mission is to promote our members and help French and Australian companies succeed through information, networking and business support services.

The French-Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA Chapter was delighted to see you at the highly anticipated Bastille Day Business Breakfast on 14 July in Perth. The event took place at the luxurious Westin Hotel, providing the perfect setting for a remarkable celebration.

Our guests had the opportunity to enjoy a gourmet and festive breakfast, engage in networking connections while immersed in a French ambiance, highlighted by the beautiful melodies of the accordion. Adding to the delightful atmosphere, there was an amazing French cancan performance in the celebration of French culture. Participants were encouraged to dress in the colours of the French flag—blue, white and red to commemorate Bastille Day in style and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere.

Our Bastille Day Business Breakfast served as a platform to celebrate the rich cultural ties between France and Australia. It was truly a memorable occasion, filled with joie de vivre, bringing together the French and Australian communities in a spirit of camaraderie and celebration.
