The French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry ​WA Chapter is thrilled to organise an exclusive C-Suite luncheon on Women in Business, Navigating Challenges & Advancing Careers, taking place on Tuesday, 25th March 2025, from 12:00 to 2:30 pm in the Jackson McDonald​ offices with the generous support of Freyssinet​.

This luncheon will explore the challenges women face in advancing their careers, the role of businesses in fostering inclusive leadership, and the importance of mentorship, workplace policies, and cultural shifts in creating environments where everyone can thrive. Discussions will also highlight practical approaches to bridging the gender gap in executive roles and ensuring that diversity and inclusion are embedded at every level of an organisation. Bringing together senior executives and industry leaders, this gathering offers a unique platform for high-level discussions.

We are delighted to welcome Felicity Gooding​ and Tonya Miller​ as speakers for our event, with Christine Caseris​ as our moderator.

• Felicity​ Gooding, a leader at Vulcan Energy and formerly with Fortescue Metals Group, brings expertise in corporate leadership, sustainability, and workforce transformation. She will share strategies to support women's career progression across all industries, including traditionally male-dominated sectors.
• Tonya​, an expert in Human Resources, has extensive experience in construction, mining, engineering, and manufacturing. Passionate about gender equality, she advocates for inclusive workplace cultures and more equitable environments.
• Christine​, our moderator, is the Founder and current Vice President of the WA Chapter of FACCI and a key leader at LYS Group. She has spent over 30 years strengthening cultural and commercial ties between France and Australia. Her career spans the private, government, and corporate sectors.
