Regional Sales Manager for leading global energy management solution provider, Schneider Electric, Paul Speyers, is a passionate business leader and tech innovator with a relentless drive to make a positive contribution to the energy transition. Born and raised in Western Australia, he developed an early fascination with technology and its potential to transform industries. After completing his technical apprenticeship with Western Power and his MBA at Charles Strut University, Paul pursued his desire to make a difference in local industry and has worked with many global technology suppliers, assisting customers in implementing technology solutions across the energy management and industrial automation fields. For more than two decades, he has been a leading player in the operational data management space, providing cutting-edge solutions to many mining, resources, and utilities companies across Western Australia.

Beyond his business endeavours, Paul is a devoted advocate for mental health, actively supporting initiatives that support men and their needs to connect and share their challenges. He believes in the importance of giving back and inspiring the next generation of leaders.

Jerome Fournand is the General Manager of the French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Graduated in Business Administration & Management from the Business School of Clermont-Ferrand. He started his career at Microsoft France and spent the following 5 years working as a Business Developer Manager for start-ups within the digital and social media industry.

Jérôme arrived in Australia in July 2013 and worked as the Key Account Manager for a marketing company where he developed with success a portfolio of hundreds of customers including large groups like Telstra, Sensis, LJ Hooker, BMW but also small & medium sized businesses.

Before to join FACCI, Jerome was the Head of Operations for GDR Group, a marketing and logistic group located in Sydney. As a member of the Executive team, he was responsible for setting the strategy for the effective operational performance of the group and for ensuring the timely and cost-effective execution of services to customers ($12M revenue).

Expert in business transformation as well as business unit development from scratch, Jerome understands the unique challenges businesses face when expanding and growing within the ANZ region.

Passionate about his work, Jerome believes in empathy, efficiency, reliability, trust, and transparency, which makes him the perfect partner to help businesses grow and expand with ease.

Jerome is the President of the French Australian Chamber of Commerce, Western Australia Chapter, and the Managing Director at Profluid.

Over 12 years of experience in Project Management, Business development, Sales and Management roles abroad and in Australia for global reach group of companies. With a background in Engineering and Project Management, Jerome has been responsible for implementing and nurturing new business lines for international companies. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical manufacturing & Industrial Systems and a Master Degree of Mechanical Engineering.
