Clyde Bevan was elected to the City of Perth Council in October 2020.

He has spent more than 30 years owning and running restaurants with his wife — including Friends
Restaurant for more than two decades.

Clyde has won seven national awards, including Best Restaurant with Entertainment in Australia three times, Best Fine Dining Restaurant in Australia twice, and Best New Restaurant in Australia.

Further national recognition came when he was inducted into the Restaurant and Catering Association Hall of Fame for contributions to the hospitality industry.

He has regularly commented on food, wine and entertainment in the media and judged for numerous wine and food awards.

Clyde has worked as a Senior Policy Advisor for the WA Office of Premier and Cabinet.

He has been a Board Member and Chief Executive Officer of the WA Restaurant and Catering Association, the State Supply Commission and the Kalamunda and Districts Hospital Board. He was President of the Swan Valley Tourism Council for four years.

Clyde also served as Chairman of the Board for Lotterywest from 2004 to 2010.

Frederic Flipo has held the position of Chairman at CIL Group Pty Ltd since 2005, overseeing the distribution of consumable products, small industrial machinery, agribusiness, and exploring diverse sector opportunities.

Alongside his corporate leadership, Frederic has played significant roles in diplomatic and advisory capacities. Since 2014, he has served as a Trade Adviser for the French government, leveraging his expertise in trade-related matters. In 2018, he took on the role of Honorary Consul of France in Perth, actively nurturing and strengthening diplomatic ties between France and Australia.

His professional journey commenced with a notable tenure as the CEO of Wool Importation Company S.A.S. (C.I.L Group SAS) from 1992 to 2005. In this role, he oversaw operations involving sheep station properties, wool trading, and wool processing, expanding the company's global footprint through strategic investments across Europe, South and North America, South Africa, Russia, China, Australia, and New Zealand.

Prior to his leadership at C.I.L Group SAS, Frederic co-founded and managed New Deal Sport, a Paris-based chain of two stores specializing in sports equipment for students from 1989 to 1992.

Frederic Flipo laid the foundation for his career through education, earning a bachelor's degree in commerce equivalent from IDRAC business school in Paris in 1986. He furthered his academic pursuits with a master's degree in Agri-business from Lincoln University in Christchurch, New Zealand, in 1988.

Miguel is the Managing director of Zitron Australia. He has a Master Degree in Mining Engineering and possesses 18 years of professional experience in the fields of underground ventilation system design, fabrication of mining equipment and management of turnkey projects for the mining and underground infrastructures industries.

Miguel joined the Zitrón Group in 2006 and since then he has been developing different career roles within the company. His experience allowed Miguel to be a regular lecturer in the course on Master of Tunnelling and Tunnel Boring Machines in Torino University (Italy), dealing with ventilation during tunnel construction. Miguel is also a regular contributor to the technical department of the Madrid University as regards the publishing and updating various technical manuals for tunnels and underground works.

In 2013, Miguel was appointed by Zitrón Group’s senior management to lead the technical department in Zitrón Australia, based in Perth, where he has oversight of the design, fabrication and commissioning of the equipment manufactured by the company. His work has been widely recognized with both his colleagues and customers alike, and has established himself as a highly respected and valued member of the company, which appointed him as Managing Director in January 2023. Since his appointment, Miguel has embarked Zitron Australia in a path to modernise its operations to improve productivity and efficiency. The company has also further expanded its resources in Sydney.

With his ability to lead a multicultural work environment, his experience and his positive attitude towards the challenges, Miguel aims to create a sustainable long term business plan partnering with other companies in the field.

Victor Marin is the Director of Grupo COBRA. He is responsible for the EPC and Green Hydrogen business in Australia.

COBRA is an international company with more than 75 years of experience in all fields related to the engineering, installation and industrial maintenance of infrastructures with presence in more than 60 Countries.

Victor is an energy and infrastructure executive with more than 20 years of experience working for international companies involved in Renewable Energy and T&D projects around the world.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Master in Mechanical Engineering, and he has the status of Engineering Executive and Chartered Professional Engineer of the Institution of Engineers Australia.

Victor is also the representative of the Spanish-Australian Chamber of Commerce “LaCamara” in WA.
