Any and all terms of membership of the French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law.

The French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry does not refund membership fees if membership is cancelled before the end of the relevant term. Membership duration is based on a 12-month agreement.
