My professional career spans the commercial private sector, in consulting and architectural practice, and the senior public sector, with responsibilities in the delivery of major capital projects and innovation-led economic development.

I have strong leadership experience and a track record in building high performing, resilient teams. I am effective in strategy development, creative problem solving, policy design, project development, commercial contract negotiation and client management.

I anchor my professional practice in sound understanding of human relationships and their drivers, applicable policy and legislation and the relevant economic context, but also in contemporary research and emerging trends and technologies. I am sensitive to the political environment in which I work, and well-practiced in bringing challenging projects to life, often in the context of evolving stakeholder and political expectations.

I am an effective leader with a strong track record in bringing together and developing genuinely high performing and diverse teams and I take great joy in this aspect of my work.
