David Clement has over 15 years of experience in commercial and operations functions in senior leadership roles held in infrastructure and energy industries including international trade, power and renewable energies, mining, oil & gas and shipbuilding in APAC and Oceania.

Specialised in launching avant-gardes technologies, he has a solid experience in business development, sales and operations management of large-scale renewable projects, both in the development and construction phases. After joining HDF Energy group as VP Oceania in 2021, David is now accelerating the green hydrogen transition in the Pacific, implementing 24/7 renewable power plants with high-power fuels cells for mining, industrial applications, remote islands and heavy mobility as well as green hydrogen production and long duration energy storage.

Kam Ho is the Managing Director of TE H2 Australia, a joint-venture between TotalEnergies and Eren Groupe dedicated to development of GW-scale Renewable H2 projects globally. In Australia, TE H2 develops multi-energy projects which seeks to decarbonise the grid through renewable energy and to produce hydrogen for hard-to-abate sectors. Kam has over 20 years’ in the renewable energy industry and was previously the Managing Director – Australia for a Total Eren, today known as TotalEnergies Renewables Australia.

Mike is responsible for the design and delivery of one of the world's largest electrolyser factories - the $114 million first stage of Fortescue Hydrogen Systems (FHS) Green Energy Manufacturing Centre (GEM) in Gladstone, Queensland. He has also directed from ideation to final board approval the first of Fortescue’s Green Hydrogen production projects – the Gladstone PEM50 project valued at $US150M with first production in 2025.

The FHS electrolyser manufacturing facility will see Gladstone become a world leading hub for the manufacture of electrolysers – vital to the production of green hydrogen, a zero-carbon fuel that will decarbonise hard-to-abate sectors such as heavy haulage, shipping, aviation, and industry.

Mike is an experienced professional, able to think and act under pressure. Trained in leadership at the highest level, he is an expert in the management and delivery of technical, manufacturing and construction projects. In three decades of leading, technical excellence, logistics management, and construction, Mike knows that organisations work to an optimum level when all stakeholders are actively engaged and share an understanding of and belief in their objectives. He takes a hands-on, informed and determined approach predicated on a belief that when we focus on outcomes we make better decisions.

As a Director, he is also enabling Starling Energy to build large scale virtual power plants comprising of millions of assets which will form the core of our Future Grid. These behind the meter nanogrids will work together and provide households with energy which is both self-sufficient and low carbon.

At the Royal Military College, Duntroon he received a broad and liberal education in leadership and people management. He learnt how to learn, and graduated and served as an Army Officer. By 25, Mike knew what it is to lead, to solve interesting problems and to engage people in their work.

Strategic, decisive, conscientious, loyal, and able to perform at the highest level. Mike’s leadership style is characterised by an ability to influence and engage support through an authentic understanding and appreciation of individual characteristics and motivators.

He enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends - sailing, rock-climbing, bushwalking and playing and coaching rugby union.

As Head of Strategic Development and Sustainability for Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific at Airbus, Fanny brings 20 years of experience in business development, strategic procurement, strategic management, corporate office and transformation within the aerospace and aviation field.
Her leadership experiences as Chief of Staff of Airbus Helicopters EVP and CEO have been instrumental to lead for the past three years the Airbus in Australia Pacific transformation to strengthen the company's resilience, implement new capabilities including digital ones and to prepare the future of the subsidiary in Australia.

Fanny is leading the Airbus objectives aligning to Group sustainable aerospace roadmap in the countries including the Sustainable Aviation Fuel ecosystem Joint Venture between Airbus and Qantas.

Fanny graduated from the IAE of Lille (France) and Staffordshire University (UK) with a Master Of Science in International Business & Strategy and is also a certified Lean Six sigma manager. Born in France, Fanny has lived and worked in Italy, UK, USA and Australia.
