Adam Gangemi is a is a well-respected expert in the field of decarbonization, boasting more than 18 years of expertise within the energy and carbon sectors. As Managing Director at Super Smart Energy, an energy and carbon advisory firm, Adam spearheads initiatives aimed at fostering sustainability while driving commercial success. With a comprehensive focus spanning mining, oil and gas, industrial, and manufacturing sectors, Adam's leadership underscores the fusion of profitability with environmental stewardship. Under his guidance, Super Smart Energy has emerged as a trusted ally for businesses across diverse industries, offering cutting-edge solutions designed to mitigate carbon emissions, enhance energy efficiency, and yield substantial cost savings.

Tess Galloway is the Head of the Western Australia Chapter of the French Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FACCI), where alongside the operational team and multiple state councillors, she leads efforts to strengthen French-Australian relations and foster collaboration across sectors such as energy, resources, law, technology, innovation, and more.

With a Bachelor's degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology from her studies in France and Spain, coupled with an international upbringing in Cambodia and South Korea, Tess brings a deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics. Fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Khmer, her diverse background enhances her ability to foster global connections.

Since relocating to Perth in 2019 and joining the French Australian Chamber of Commerce in 2023, Tess has been actively involved in supporting the growth of FACCI’s presence in Western Australia. Prior to joining FACCI, Tess worked in membership services at the Concrete Institute of Australia and in corporate services at The Park Business Centre in West Perth. Her dedication to building strong partnerships between French and Australian communities drives her efforts to create long-term, impactful relationships that support the region's growth and strengthen ties between the two nations.
