With almost 20 years of experience in the private and public sectors, Linda’s expertise extends to a broad range of sustainability considerations including ESG governance, target setting and monitoring, climate change and transition policies and implementation plans, ESG risk integration, adaptation and resilience planning, natural capital accounting, mobilising sustainable finance and designing sustainable investment frameworks. She has also been appointed as a member to a number of high-level advisory bodies in Australia and European Union focusing on sustainable finance and corporate sustainability reporting frameworks and standards at the national and international levels.
Principal - International Tax and Transfer Pricing at RSM Australia
Danielle has an accounting and corporate tax law background, and she is a Principal in the Sydney International Tax and Transfer Pricing Team. She is specialised in international taxation and transfer pricing matters. In this position, she is responsible for providing transfer pricing and international tax compliance and advisory services to clients - from large multinationals to start-ups – to help them navigate the range of existing and emerging tax risks that arise for groups operating cross-border. Danielle also has a significant amount of experience dealing with inbound subsidiaries of large multinational taxpayers and SGEs, and assisting them with managing their CBC reporting obligations in a timely manner. Apart from that, she has also worked extensively with other firms in the RSM network, as well as other advisers, to assist in the delivery of these services.
