After a career as a senior civil servant, Laurent Germain left the public sphere for industry in 2005. Passionately committed to the development, growth and transformation of enterprises with a significant international presence, Laurent Germain brought strength and dynamism to the growth and internationalization efforts of major consulting and engineering groups including Segula Technologies, where he was managing director for 5 years, before taking over at Egis in 2020.
In 2021, he was appointed president of the France-Saudi Arabia, France-Ukraine and France-Georgia enterprise councils of the employers' federation MEDEF International.
