Emma is a partner in Ashurst's Digital Economy Transactions team, specialising in information technology, data and privacy. She has a wide range of experience advising clients on all aspects of IT, telecommunications, e-commerce and the procurement, outsourcing and commercialisation of technology.
Emma's recent work has focused on her clients' strategic implementation of cutting-edge technology including next generation cloud services, IoT solutions and artificial intelligence tools.

Emma has a particular interest in smart city technology, advising both private and public sector clients regarding the legal issues which arise from the ever-increasing development and use of "smart" technology. Emma’s client base is diverse, ranging from some of the world’s best known digital platforms to Australian corporates, government agencies and start-ups.

Ainsley joined the ISC in May 2016. Ainsley works across the infrastructure industry to advance sustainable outcomes through the deployment and development of the IS rating scheme. Ainsley is committed to making a real impact in organisations that anchor in their core values, develop their people and support the advancement of women with leadership aspirations.
