Yan Flageul is an HR advisor in the Melbourne office of Mazars. With a strong business acumen and a long experience in people management within the public, private and NFP sectors, he provides a practical and tactical approach to company culture that helps organisations place people at the centre of their business excellence and commercial success. Yan holds a tertiary qualification in HR Management and a Masters Of Education, majoring in psychology and sociology.

Cheryl-Anne Laird brings a unique perspective to this issue, being both a Registered Psychologist and a highly experienced Human Resources and Industrial Relations practitioner. Cheryl-Anne also holds tertiary qualifications in Law and Business and combines the disciplines to provide a practical approach to managing mental health issues which may arise in a workplace. Cheryl-Anne is a Partner in the Brisbane office of Mazars.

Russell is an Industrial Chemist who has worked in the water treatment chemicals industry in many roles since 1978. He has been the managing director of SNF Australia since 2002 and has overseen the growth of SNF Australia from a small resale distributor of flocculants and coagulants with 18 employees to a significant manufacturer of these products with approximately 80 full time employees in Australia
