The Hon. Danny Pearson

Minister for Government Services at Victorian State Parliament

Mr Pearson is a member of the Legislative Assembly in the Victorian State Parliament, having been elected in 2014 and subsequently in 2018.

Mr Pearson was:  
• Chair - Public Accounts and Estimates Committee of the Parliament of Victoria (2014 – 2018). 
• Parliamentary Secretary to the Premier of Victoria (2019 – June 2020). 

In June 2020, Mr Pearson joined the Cabinet as Assistant Treasurer, Minister for Government Services and Minister for Regulatory Reform. He added the portfolio of Creative Industries to his responsibilities in October 2020 and held this role until June 2022. Minister Pearson became the Minister for Housing in June 2022 and in December 2022 was appointed to his current portfolios.

Mr Pearson holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Business Administration from the Melbourne Business School.

Jean-Marc has extensive experience in all aspects of risk based internal audit, corporate governance, consulting risk identification, assessment and management and has served a variety of companies specialising in the public sector. Based in Melbourne, Jean-Marc chairs the firm’s Asia-Pacific Risk Advisory Services Committee and acts as the Asia-Pacific liaison Partner for our European and North American firms. Dominique Giraud is the Head of Strategy of Omexom Australia, within VINCI Energies.
Since 2018, he develops the business of renewables, battery storage and synchronous condensers in Australia. Dominique is part of VINCI group since 11 years, and now coordinates support functions in APAC. Before settling in Melbourne, he was in charge of Renewable International Business Development within VINCI Energies, mainly in Europe and Africa. Dominique is a Chartered Engineer who has worked in the energy sector since 1997. He was Project Director within Econoler (Hydro Québec) in Canada, then Energy Manager within Egis Group. In the framework of all projects implemented, Dominique has worked in more than 60 countries, including New Zealand, Indonesia, Samoa, Fiji and Tonga.
