Natalie has considerable experience across law, public affairs, policy and government. Natalie has held senior positions in private legal practice, financial services regulation, politics and government sectors. Her expertise is diversified across strategy, legal and corporate relations, where she has proved her strong adaptability to quickly implement the relevant priorities of her team. She was elected to the Legislative Council of NSW Parliament on 21 November 2017. Natalie was appointed to serve as Minister for Sport, Multiculturalism, Seniors and Veterans in the NSW Berejiklian Government on 27 May 2021.
