With more than two decades of experience as a senior leader in business development, sales, marketing, and business services, Gerald understands the importance of bringing sales and marketing departments to align activities for more effective sales enablement.

At the heart of Gerald’s role is a commitment to client satisfaction. He is dedicated to nurturing and sustaining robust relationships with customers, ensuring their contentment and cultivating enduring loyalty through outstanding service and effective need fulfillment.

Celine is the Global Head of HR Services at Polyglot Group.
She began her journey in Human Resources 20 years ago, working within both the government and private sectors. Along with working within a diverse range of industries, Celine also has extensive experience working with multiple different nationalities.
After moving to Australia 9 years ago, Celine grew her skillset specialising in workplace culture and employee engagement. She has a strong leadership quality and ensures best HR practices that are compliant and relevant for clients.
Passionate about workplace culture, employee engagement, and talent management, Celine also excels in delivering comprehensive HR services, including immigration and global mobility support, and employment outsourcing solutions.

Scott is Director/Principal of Capacita and has two decades of experience in major and mega infrastructure project construction, manufacturing, energy, and service industry sectors in a range of capacities. He is passionate about workplace integrity and risk management, and the importance of honest and pragmatic planning and resolutions.
Having occupied senior roles within business and union environments, Scott is an astute and practical workplace lawyer with extensive experience in workplace and industrial relations, strategic workforce planning, risk identification and management, and dispute resolution.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University, and a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne.
He is also a regular columnist for The New Daily covering workplace and clean energy topics, and a former electrician and instrument technician.

Jan heads up the global Renewable Energy & Infrastructure practice at Polyglot Group with teams across 4 continents. He has over 15 years of experience in staffing and managing renewable energy, environment, energy efficiency and infrastructure projects. He has an unrivalled network of contacts within the global energy and engineering markets, having worked with some of the world’s best known renewable energy and infrastructure project developers and equipment manufacturers from Europe, America, Australia and recently Africa. He has been involved in staffing some of the most important technical and management roles in the Australian renewable energy and energy storage projects.
Currently based in Sydney, he is deeply passionate about renewable energy (both for business and for private usage). Jan is also the VP of Global Talent Acquisition at Anávo, the Global Recruitment Agency specialising in Renewable Energy, Environment, and Sustainability, created under the umbrella of Polyglot Group.
