With 25 years’ working across industries and organisations, Jo has a specialist interest in management systems and ISO certification. In 2020 she established Kitney Toolkit to enable businesses to transition to online systems within Microsoft 365. Kitney has worked with small, medium and large organisations in establishing management systems and gaining ISO certification against ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. She brings a wealth of industry experience and insights to this event.

Jackie has over 25 years of auditing and consulting experience in ISO management system standards for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. She brings this real-world experience into online training, coaching and mentoring.
