Chris is Keolis Downer Adelaide’s Engineering & Projects Director. He is a highly experienced leader in the customer-focused transport business, overseeing capital-intensive operations and infrastructure.
Over the course of the last 9 years, Chris has held various executive roles within the Keolis group, bringing with him strong credentials in strategy development, customer service innovation and collaborative working. Starting as Rolling Stock Director for Yarra Trams, Chris led the team to a successful contract extension before heading to the UK where he took on the role of Director of Engineering for Keolis Amey Metrolink. He also led Metrolink through the challenges of Covid 19 as interim Director of Finance and Commercial.
Prior to his time with the Keolis Group, Chris spent 13 years working in the aviation industry for Qantas and Ansett, and spent time as a consultant providing specialist advice to airline and energy industries.
Chris’s interests outside of work very much centre around his family – his wife Nicola and their two daughters Annika and Freya. He enjoys being outdoors as much as he can either cycling, playing golf or hiking. He enjoys food, wine and cheering on his football teams, the Richmond Tigers & Manchester United.
Mark in the RAA’s Community & Corporate Affairs department and as the Senior Manager Future Mobility has responsibility for overall policy on mobility and automotive issues.
He has a leading role the Australian motoring organisation’s interest in the development of autonomous vehicle and Mobility as a Service (MaaS). Other areas of policy responsibilities are alternative energy, electric vehicles, environment, the cost of mobility and vehicle emission testing, and the future mobility needs all people.
Robert is the supervisor of the Electrification Hub at Flinders University. The Electrification Hub draws together multiple like projects and activities around the migration from fossil based fuel to renewable energy for the creation, management and utilisation of electrical power for all forms of transport and fixed applications.
Over his career, Robert has been at the leading edge of Design and Development of vehicles, their componentry and subsystems in the automotive sector. The majority of his career was spent in leadership roles in Engineering at an Original Equipment vehicle manufacturer and more recently, prior to joining Flinders University, in the componentry industry supplying global vehicle manufacturers with specialist systems.
In the past decade, Robert has been involved with the electric vehicle sector, its application in everyday transport and specialist environments.
As Director Strategic Projects at Alstom Transport ANZ – Alan is responsible for the development of strategic and emerging technology business opportunities across Australia and New Zealand including Hydrogen trains.
Alan is an active member of the Institute of Railway Signal Engineers and has worked in the Rail Industry for over 30 years. He is a skilled Rail Industry professional with experience across Signal Engineering, Rolling-stock and Train Protection Systems, General Management, Business Development and Programme and Project Management.

Segolene is a strategic customer and stakeholder specialist with 20 years experience leading public relations, communications, innovation and project management in international business environments. Her career has spanned Europe, the UK and the US, and she joined Keolis Downer in 2017. Segolene has been with Keolis since 2011, and previously worked in the software and IT sector for 10 years.
Segolene oversees Keolis Downer’s future mobility projects that include automated vehicles, on demand transport, digital services and supports the development of energy transition projects.
She is passionate about delivering mobility services that are innovative, inclusive and sustainable. Her experience working on projects around the world has given her a deep understanding of the diversity of mobility challenges and the importance of having a local and collaborative approach to deliver social and economic outcomes.
