A highly qualified entrepreneur with an international profile and a high-tech commercialisation background, Herve Astier has nearly two decades of experience in large technology companies worldwide, in project management, product development, business development and marketing roles.
After moving to Australia, he spent a few years with the South-Australian Government, helping early-stage start-ups go through their commercialisation path before joining Neumann Space in January 2019.
Herve took Neumann Space from low Technology Readiness Level (TRL) experimentation in a garage to a respected deep-tech company with an exceptional team and unique product that is now flight-ready and about to start its commercialisation journey with a global market.
Herve holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and an Executive MBA. He graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Defence Industry Leadership Program, the Harvard Business School Launching New Ventures program and from the International Space University Executive Space Course.
Over a decade of experience has seen Fabien become a key player in REDARC's growth. Witnessing firsthand the company's expanding capabilities, he brings a deep understanding of production, operations, product testing, quality, and safety. This invaluable knowledge allows him to effectively navigate risk and ensure compliance, paving the way for REDARC's continued success.
Prior to REDARC, Fabien spent 20 years in the European automotive industry in project and operational roles. Fabien was born in France and holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree and MBA which he completed in Lyon, France.

After several years in consultancy and audit firms, Wafaa joined SUEZ Group in 2010, where she worked in various groups and subsidiaries. Most recently she held the position of Deputy CEO for SUEZ Morocco.
Wafaa Joined Suez Team in Adelaide on Februyary’2023. She and the family are very excited to discover Adelaide and the Australian Culture. Wafaa is very committed to helping the community, having recently been Treasurer of Aquassistance Morocco and currently Board Director of the SUEZ Foundation. She was an active member of the French Commerce Chamber in Morocco.
She enjoys running and cycling and in 2022, she was part of a desert raid, a triathlon, and a half-marathon.
