Romain is a Principal at CYLAD, an international strategy and management consulting firm with focus on industrial sectors. As a Director, he leads the activities of the firm in Australia.
He started his career at the European Space Agency as a thermal Engineer in the Netherlands, before joining CYLAD in Paris. He arrived in Australia in early 2019 and started supporting the Australian Future Submarine Program. He now leads projects for large companies and small and medium-sized enterprises in SA and NSW, using his knowledge and experience in the Aerospace, Defence, Energy, Transport and Healthcare sectors.
Romain’s expertise spans over operational and financial performance improvement, program and bid management, business and digital transformation, and growth strategy.
He holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering completed in France and the USA, and a master’s degree in business and project management from HEC Paris.
Over a decade of experience has seen Fabien become a key player in REDARC's growth. Witnessing firsthand the company's expanding capabilities, he brings a deep understanding of production, operations, product testing, quality, and safety. This invaluable knowledge allows him to effectively navigate risk and ensure compliance, paving the way for REDARC's continued success.
Prior to REDARC, Fabien spent 20 years in the European automotive industry in project and operational roles. Fabien was born in France and holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree and MBA which he completed in Lyon, France.

Anthony is the CEO and Owner of the REDARC Group based in
South Australia.
Anthony graduated as a Mechanical Engineer and completed his
MBA at the University of Adelaide. In 2013, he graduated from the
three-year Owner/President Management (OPM) program at
Harvard Business School.
In 2018, Anthony was conferred the Degree of Doctor of the
University honoris causa, Flinders University. In 2022, he was
inducted into the Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association
Hall of Fame.
Anthony is the Chair of the Flinders University Engineering College
of Science and Engineering Industry Advisory Board and a member
of the Adelaide University Business School Industry Advisory
Board. Anthony is also a Director of privately owned technology
businesses Coogee Metals Limited and Silentium Defence and an
Advisory Board Member of Space Machines Company.
He is a Chartered Professional Engineer, a Fellow of the Institution
of Engineers Australia, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of
Company Directors.

Andy Warr joined the team as a project manager in 2020 and has quickly become the engineering team's leader, overseeing all technical projects at Neumann Space.
Andy holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cardiff and spent 30 years in sports engineering worldwide (mostly motor racing and cycling), driving teams to achieve world championship-level results with innovative technologies in fast-paced environments with unmovable deadlines!
