Based in Singapore, Mr. Vivian QUENET is Arianespace’s Managing Director and Vice-President of Sales, for the Asia Pacific region.

Before joining Arianespace in January 2018, Vivian was the Vice-President and Managing Director Asia Pacific for KVH Industries PTE LTD, a Maritime Satellite Communication company (NASDAQ KVHI), since March 2011. During his tenure, he set up the Asian Regional Head quarter in Singapore and a new sales office in Hong Kong and Tokyo. Within five years, KVH Industries became the largest maritime VSAT supplier in Asia.

Prior to KVH, Mr. Quénet served as Sales-Director, Asia-Pacific, for mobile satellite communications provider Marlink (part of Airbus Defense and Space until Dec 2015), where he created the Singapore entity and oversaw all operations for the company’s offices in Asia Pacific (Hong Kong, Singapore). Over the course of 10 years with that company, Mr. Quenet worked to bring satellite communications services to commercial mariners in several regions, including France, the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Scandinavia, Africa, as well as Asia Pacific.
Before his tenure at Marlink, he worked as a corporate sales manager for Bouygues Telecom Enterprises, a French mobile phone carrier.

A native of France, Mr. Quenet holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) major in International Sales and Marketing from the Université du Sud Toulon-Var in France, and speaks fluent French, English, and German.

Stephanie Morley is Trade and Investment Commissioner for the French Trade Commission, Business France, for Australia.
She leads a team of senior business development experts to facilitate trade, research and development collaboration and investment opportunities in Australia.

Business France is the government led agency supporting the international development of the French economy. Based in Sydney, Business France provides support to assist 150+ French companies each year.

Stephanie has 25 years’ experience in economic diplomacy, international trade and investment and project management with government bodies.

Prior to joining Australia, Stephanie has gained an extensive multi-sectoral knowledge, with a key focus on the technology sector, in assisting French companies to evaluate and identify business opportunities in Europe.

Stephanie Morley has spent several years working in the UK, Central and Eastern Europe and Russia and speaks French, English and Russian.

Fernando Guerra Alves is the Head of the Industry department for Business France Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands (the French Embassy Trade Commission).

He is responsible for leading a team of local trade and investment consultants and is the gateway for French companies in the industry sector wishing to develop in and expand to ANZ.

Fernando is responsible for the coordination of departmental projects, and official French trade missions to Australia focusing on Maritime, Defence, Space, Manufacturing, Renewable Energies, and Transport sectors, as well as the French accelerator programs “Maritime Connection Days” launched by the French President in May 2018.

As of 2020, Fernando is the Regional Deputy Head of Industry Department for South East Asia and Oceania (Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Myanmar). This makes him second in command for the industry sector in the zone, with strategic oversight of all the industry department offices across 7 countries in APAC with a team of over 17 trade and investment consultants.

Maxime François is a Research Scientist at CSIRO Health & Biosecurity. His current research aims at discovering biomarkers of dementia in saliva and developing a sovereign manufacturing pipeline of nanobodies for health diagnostics biomedical technologies.

Maxime has a strong interest in developing virtual reality (VR) tools with applications within his research and is an expert user of a panel of imaging equipment such as laser scanning cytometer, Metasystem Metafer, Nikon A1 confocal microscope and 3D Imaris imaging software.

Adrien holds a Masters degree in Space Systems Engineering (2011) from Cranfield Univer-sity, UK and Diploma of Leadership and Management (2020), Australia.
