Darren is a Director and the National Head of Cyber Security and Privacy Risk Services in Melbourne.

Darren has delivered security and privacy assessments across multiple countries for large multinational corporations, and locally for Australian based organisations in both the public and private sectors across all industries.

He has worked on an extensive range of technology risk management projects including technical security assessments, governance and strategy, data privacy, third-party risk, cloud security assessments and risk strategy, cybersecurity, and much more.

Darren is also currently supporting the Consumer Data Right (CDR) accreditation for Open Banking and Open Energy applicants seeking unrestricted, sponsor/affiliate, or principal/representative agent access.

Prior to joining RSM, Darren worked for a global internal audit and risk consulting firm for over 12 years in London and Melbourne, where he led the Melbourne office’s IT internal audit, technology risk, and data analytics solutions.

Devika Shivadekar is an Economist for RSM Australia based in RSM's Sydney office.

As RSM's expert economist, Devika loves to share her knowledge with RSM's clients. She has a wealth of experience in macro-economic and financial research, spanning both public and private sectors, and a deep understanding of the APAC region.

She follows key macroeconomic indicators such as growth, inflation, central bank decisions and the labour market to assess the overall health of an economy.

Commencing her career in Economics, Devika was fortunate to work for the Reserve Bank of India where she acquired and refined various analytical and researching skills. Her comprehensive experience in macroeconomic research and analysis spans more than 8 years. Preceding her tenure at RSM, she served as an economist at a prominent investment bank, where her responsibilities extended beyond the Australian economy to encompass a thorough examination of the New Zealand economic landscape.

In her pursuit of professional growth, Devika is driven by the continuous learning inherent in her role. Her aspiration is to enhance her skills as an economist while simplifying data for clients.
