Peter Papantoniou is a highly experienced Project Director having worked on some of South East Queensland’s largest road and rail infrastructure projects over the last 20 years.
Peter has worked with the Department of Transport and Main Roads in leading teams through procurement and delivery of projects including the Airport Link Tunnel, Cross River Rail, and Toowoomba Second Range Crossing.

As Project Director Peter successfully lead the State's procurement and delivery teams for the first two stages of the Gold Coast Light Rail (2012 & 2015), and currently the new Stage 3 extension from the existing Broadbeach South station to Burleigh Heads.

Peter is highly regarded for his experience in strategic leadership, stakeholder management and specialises in the delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

Genevieve is the Director of Gluco Consultants, a boutique infrastructure and transport advisory consultancy.

She is currently working in partnership with Orika Consulting as the Sector North Lead for TMR’s Strategic Rail branch in QLD. In this role Genevieve manages the interfaces between all rail planning projects on the Sunshine Coast and Redcliffe lines.

Her portfolio includes project and program strategy, business cases, procurement, delivery and commercial advisory for some of Australia’s largest infrastructure projects.

She is a strong communicator and is a sought after professional for her project management and facilitation skill set.

Genevieve is passionate about mentoring younger generations and regularly participates in industry engagement sessions that aim to improve the STEM pipeline. She also advocates for improved mental health support within the construction industry - sitting on industry advisory boards for mental health in construction research studies.

Mathilde is a Brisbane based Associate in Commercial Program Delivery at Aurecon and she has been involved in the FACCI T&I sub-committee for the past year.
She is a positive, organised, and reliable consultant with a strong experience in embedding Digital Engineering and Information Management in large infrastructure projects and organisation. Coming from a structural engineering background, Mathilde leverages her technical experience on major infrastructure projects (Riyadh Metro and Doha Metro in the Middle East) to enable a deep understanding of program and project delivery in complex environments.
Mathilde has delivered Digital Engineering and Information Management advisory to major infrastructure projects in Australia (North East Link Program, Inland Rail program and Suburban Rail Loop). She is also conversant in Portfolio, program and project management, implementing new delivery framework and project governance in organisations.
Mathilde arrived in Australia in 2019, after 5 years in Dubai and a year in the UK. She loves traveling and cycling.

Carla’s expertise extends to a deep understanding of customer rolling stock requirements and operational discipline as well as experience in the complexities of greenfield developments. Carla has proven experience in leading alliances and consortiums, having collaborated with major industry companies like Wabtec, UGL, Lend Lease, and GVK.

Carla's passion lies in creating sustainable and efficient transport and energy systems that deliver tangible benefits to customers, communities and the environment. She has a strong customer-centric approach complimented with exceptional project management skills, demonstrated through the delivery of a $400 million rail optimization program achieving significant capability and process change.

In her current role as Commercial Director at Alstom, Carla is at the helm of driving the growth and profitability of the company's rail and mobility solutions in Australia and New Zealand. She leverages her expertise in data analysis, operational excellence, and business development to craft competitive tenders, negotiate strategic partnerships, and unearth new market opportunities. She also champions and empowers teams through change, fostering a culture rooted in inclusion and innovation.
